A Plan for My Pets™
What would happen if you were separated from your beloved pets by death or disability? OCHS urges everyone to plan for the continuing care of their cats and dogs. We’ll provide detailed forms for you to complete and keep them securely on file should the need arise. When you leave something behind for your hometown shelter, OCHS will ensure that your pets receive devoted care according to your wishes until a loving new family is found.
Legacy Support – Gifts through your will or trust
The values of a lifetime – compassion, caring, and loving connection — live on when you leave behind a gift for OCHS through your will or trust. You can name OCHS as beneficiary of a variety of planned gifts, from simple bequests to complex trusts, depending on the needs of you and your family. We’d be pleased to speak with you about a planned gift that fits your specific situation. Please consult with your attorney or financial advisor when planning to include OCHS.
To ensure that your gift reaches us according to your direction, please use the following to designate OCHS as your beneficiary.
