• How it begins: We meet with property owner or executor to discuss details and sign the contract. Normally the client and OCHS share proceeds 50/50.
• Cleaning and Organizing: First we work with the client to remove personal items from the home. Then we carefully sort and prepare the home’s contents. Our team handles this, so you don’t have to.
• Pricing and Staging: Every item is assessed and priced to maximize value. We arrange and stage the home to create an appealing, shop-ready environment.
• Hosting the Sale: From advertising to customer service, we manage every aspect of the sale, so you can focus on what matters most.
• After the Sale: Leftover items are donated, and the home is left broom-swept clean. The family doesn’t need to worry about trash, disposal, or leftover items.
