The acquisition of Oceanside Veterinary Clinic at 1739 22nd Street here in Florence is complete! Papers are signed and we’ve taken possession of the building.
We’ve already had one very productive work PAW-ty, where we cleared out and deep-cleaned nearly the entire building. Our team is actively working to reset the medical suite. We even hosted a President’s Club event there!
We’re currently accepting bids from licensed contractors for various repairs, including interior paint, exterior siding repair/replacement and paint, vapor barrier repair, roof repair, and more.
